2. Made to order
Yuman Ka-ili does not run an online shop. You can request a piece, or a custom design, through:
- the contact form on this website;
- email;
- Facebook or Messenger;
- Instagram;
- TikTok.
3. Your quote
After your request you receive a personal quote with:
- a description of the piece;
- the price;
- the shipping cost to your address.
A request or a quote does not commit you to anything.
4. Approval and new offers
- You approve the quote: this confirms your order and I start making your piece.
- You decline it or ask for changes: I can send you a new offer.
Nothing is made until you approve a quote. How and when you pay is agreed together with your quote.
5. Making and shipping
The time needed to make a piece depends on the design. You can ask about it when you request your quote. Your piece is shipped to the address you provide, at the shipping cost stated in your quote.
6. Handmade and unique
Each piece is made by hand, so small variations in color, size and bead placement are part of its character and are not defects. Colors on a screen can look slightly different from the real piece.
